General questions

What is the status of my order?
In most cases, orders are processed the same day we receive them. After we process your order you will receive an email with the order details and a link to check on the order status. If you have an account or created an account during checkout, you can login to your account to view the status of new and previous orders.
Can I change my order?
If you need to change your order before your order has shipped, please Contact Us to make arrangements for the change. In most cases a fee will apply if your order has already been processed.
Where do you ship?
Currently we ship to Australia, Canada, most European countries, some parts of Mexico, the United Kingdom, and the United States. If you have a question about shipping to your location, please Contact Us for more details about shipping to your address.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Our products ship from warehouse locations in Asia, Europe, and the United States. In most cases, your order will ship within 24-48 hours - depending on when you place your order and the warehouse location of the items in your order.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Amex, Discover, JCB, Master Card, and Visa), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Currently you have the option to view prices and be charged in CAD, EUR, GBP, or USD. Use the currency selector in the site header or left drawer menu to select your desired currency.
Do you offer payment plans?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer any type of layaway or payment plan. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping

How long does it take to ship my order?
Our products ship from warehouse locations in Asia, Europe, and the United States. In most cases, your order will ship within 24-48 hours - depending on when you place your order and the warehouse location of the products in your order.
Do you offer fast shipping?
We offer different shipping methods depending on the warehouse location of the products in your order. During checkout you will have the option to select your desired method from the available shipping options which will have the expected delivery times displayed. Our delivery times can range between 1 to 10 days for domestic shipping and 5 to 20 days for international shipments.
How can I track my package?
When you place your order, you will receive an email with your order number and a link to view the order and shipping status. If you have an account, you can login to your account to view the order and tracking numbers on each order. We recommend you use our Order Status page, or https://www.17track.net/ to track your order and get the latest updates from the carrier.
What if I'm not home?
We currently do not send any custom instructions to your shipment carriers, therefore, your package will be handled with your carriers standard policy for not-at-home delivery.
Will I pay taxes for international shipping?
Any costs you pay for shipping during checkout will not include any customs fees or international taxes, you will be responsible for any international shipping taxes or customs fees. We do however make the best effort to make sure you will not be required to pay any extra fees to deliver your products.

Returns

Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns with some restrictions on certain products, please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please Contact Us and we will make exchange arrangements.
Are returns free?
On most products we will charge a restocking fee for returns, generally the restocking fee is no more than $5 USD. However, this is handled on a case-by-case basis. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us for more details and to make arrangements.
How long does it take to process a return?
We strive to make the return process as quick and painless as possible for our customers. Generally, returns will be processed within 24-48 hours.
